Villa Tesori is a Diamond Class Certified Homestay by Department of Tourism, RT Mission, Govt of Kerala and accredited by Local Panchayat. Villa Tesori is a holiday home, hosted by Nimmy Raphi (full time host), and her husband Dr. Raphi Paul (part time). As a couple they have worked/lived in three continents (Middle East, Europe and mostly Africa), hence they can relate very well to the requirements of the multi-cultural guests and can provide them with a memorable/accomplished stay.
The two key factors that plays a vital role in Wayanad tourism is its sheer nature/landscape and its climate. Being an environmentalist at heart, the couple have moved towards practicing responsible tourism and sustainable living. Their goal is to be a green life practitioner and environmentalist.
It was their dream to live in the mountains with greenery all around, with a large well-manicured garden, to watch/experience the rain, sunrise, sunset, wind etc, in its full glory right from the comfort of their home. They are ardent pet lovers, hence to live with a variety of pets, to experience unconditional love; to listen to the sound of the waterfalls throughout the day and to take a dip in the nearby stream, is all a dream come true for the host couple at Villa Tesori. They consider themself very fortunate to lead their dream life, a semi-retired life, at “Villa Tesori” comprehending their bucket list of wishes for a perfect holiday home.
Nimmy and Raphi’s immense experience in travelling to various countries, their knowledge regarding Kerala culture, food, traditions, climate, and much more, and their readiness and liking to interact with people from all walks of life, and not least but not last, their super energetic outlook towards life itself, perhaps makes them the most apt hosts in today’s time. Since inception they have given personal attention and care to minute details and have gained very hight rating in social media and online platforms.

TARRIF
Our standard room rate starts from Rs 8,750/- Inclusive of dinner and breakfast for double occupancy per night. Extra adult will be charged 2,750/- Per night. Our rooms are of minimum standard size and hence 3rd adult is not recommended.
One bedroom Cottage (Zuri) is 9,750/- per night Inclusive of dinner and breakfast.
CHILD POLICY
Children up to 5 years is complimentary when using the existing bedding. Six years onwards will be charged INR 1,750/- per child, extra bed provided. Maximum capacity of extra bed in a room is one. 12-year onwards, adult rate applicable.
SMOKING/LITTERING
Smoking is strictly prohibited within in the building. Kindly use open area for the same.
Kindly deposit litter sensibly in the bins provided.

PETS
Pets are allowed, strictly subject to prior booking and at additional cost.
CANCELLATION POLICY
50% of downpayment required to confirm the booking. If reservation is cancelled with more than 15 days’ notice, full downpayment will be refunded. Cancellation with 15 to 8 days’ notice, 50% of the advance will be retained and balance refunded within seven days. No refund will be provided for cancelation with less than 7 days’ notice.
Being in an offbeat location, Villa Tesori offers regular standard amenities, yet great consideration is taken in all aspects, to make your stay, as comfortable as possible. Kindly avoid high expectation of modern life, as the only luxury it can assure you, is the abundance of the blissful nature surrounding the property. Although not completely off grid, kindly use water & electricity responsibly. Treat natural environment & surroundings with utmost respect. Please do not harm birds, animals and any living things; remember they have a right to live.
Villa Tesori do not accept parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour. If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal drugs or weapon of any kind, the authorities will be engaged.
Villa Tesori have taken serious efforts in providing clean, calm and serene living space. Littering is strictly prohibited. All damages will be charged at cost. Liquor is not sold in the property; guests are welcome to bring own drinks and drink responsibly. Smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms.
River trekking/ bathing must be conducted in the guidance of our caretaker. Villa Tesori will not be responsible for any sort of accidents and issues that may arise during river trekking and river bathing without the guidance of our authorised staff. It is important to follow the instructions and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
The property is on a hill top and provide 360-degree view of its ardent valley and mountains. Guest can watch both sunrise and sunset right from their bedrooms. The river is visible from the common balcony and the sound of the nearby waterfall is audible and often appreciated by guest. River trekking, river bath or local village tour with our caretaker is available based on the weather conditions. Barbecue and campfire can be arranged. Several indoor board games, books, several swing, and hammock available throughout the property. Lush green and extremely well-maintained garden and lawn and loads of pet animals on site including a chicken coop with more than 3 dozen fowl to add value to your homestay experience. Feeding chicken and picking your own eggs for breakfast can be a very satisfying experience. Many bird watchers have visited the property and have left with amazing photos and greater appreciation for the property.
